In this 90 minute watercolor workshop Betsy will teach your child basic watercolor practices and teach them how to capture a still life. They will learn multiple wash approaches including how to layer and use wet-in-wet color bleeding. At the beginning of class Betsy will let the students “free sketch” the still life and then set benchmarks for each student to work towards improvement.  All students will go home with a 9 x 12 watercolor of their own as well as a “before” picture to see how much they progressed in just one class!  Students will also receive 15% off their entire purchase at Pitt Street Kids on March 20th ! All materials are provided, only thing you need to bring is a positive attitude and a coachable spirit!
